- In geval van 2 inkomens (van u en uw partner) geldt dat het laagste inkomen voor 50% mag worden meegerekend. Het hoogste inkomen mag volledig worden meegenomen.
- U dient minimaal te beschikken over een arbeidscontract voor bepaalde tijd (jaarcontract met intentieverklaring) of onbepaalde tijdscontract. Uitzendcontracten worden niet meegenomen;
- De minimale huurperiode bedraagt 12 maanden;
- De vermelde prijs is exclusief servicekosten.
