The Cohesion Co-living accommodations offer you a place of retreat as well as plenty of common rooms, facilities and services. Each one of our Co-living locations boasts its own unique character. No one is alone for long with us – you quickly become part of the active and international The Cohesion family.

Services which are included within this living concept and location
Next to the assistance of the house management (community manager), we take care of the heating, electricity, water, TV/internet (signal supply), furnishing, painting, cleaning, and glass washing of the communal area so that our tenants can make optimal use of it. You can use the parcel delivery to have your ordered packages delivered should you not be at home and a service plan is included (concerning minor repairs). In terms of security, we ensure that there are fire extinguishers, 24-hour service contracts for various installations & security cameras in/around the general areas. In addition, the ventilation systems are cleaned and maintained, we take care of greenery e.g. and pest control if required. Finally, the non-residential service costs, include events/activities organized by The Cohesion, such as community drinks, organized sports activities, or creative workshops.

Transparent service costs settlement
Each tenant pays service costs in advance on a monthly basis. After each calendar year, we will prepare a service cost settlement based on the actual cost incurred and your monthly advances. The service costs consist of different components and services which will be reflected in your annual statement. Each year, you will receive your service costs settlement for the last year before the 1st of July in the next year.

The Cohesion Lighthouse bestaat uit 333 co-living apartementen op Strijp-S in Eindhoven. Strijp-S is een unieke wijk, een plek waar je je comfortabel en geïnspireerd kan voelen. Concept
De appartementen van Lighthouse bevinden zich in de The Cohesion Co-living concept. Hier ervaar je niet alleen de comfort van je eigen appartement maar het volledige concept. The Cohesion Co-living gebouwen bieden veel gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, faciliteiten en services. Iedere locatie heeft zijn eigen karakter. Niemand is lang alleen met ons - je wordt snel een deel van de actieve internationale The Cohesion familie.

Services die inclusief zijn bij het living concept en de locatie zijn naast de assistentie van het huismanagement (de community manager), verwarming, elektriciteit, water, TV/internet (signal supply), meubilering, schilderwerk, schoonmaak en ruitenwassen van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zodat onze huurders er volledig gebruik van kunnen maken.
Je kan gebruik maken van onze pakketbezorging, zodat wanneer je niet thuis bent alsnog je pakketje ontvangt en een service plan voor kleine herstellingen is inclusief. kijkend naar veiligheid garanderen wij brandblussers, 24 uur service contracten voor verschillende installaties en camera's in en om het gebouw heen. Daarnaast wordt ook de ventilatie systemen schoongemaakt en onderhouden. We zorgen voor de groenvoorziening en waar nodig ongedierte bestrijding. als laatste, de niet-woonservice kosten zijn inclusief georganiseerde events en activiteiten door The Cohesion, zoals community drankjes, georganiseerde sport activiteiten of creatieve workshops.

Transparante service kosten afrekening.
Iedere huurder betaald een voorschot service kosten op maandelijkse basis. Na ieder kalenderjaar zullen wij een service kosten afrekening gebaseerd op daadwerkelijke kosten maken. De service kosten bestaan uit verschillende componenten en services, die duidelijk uitgelegd zijn in je jaarlijkse overzicht. Elk jaar zal je voor 1 juli een service kosten afrekening ontvangen voor het jaar ervoor.

Exclusief en zelf te regelen door de huurder:

• Water, verplicht om af te sluiten bij BrabantWater
• Warmte, verplicht om af te sluiten bij Ennatuurlijk
